Here is where we gather & organize all essential project materials—branding assets, logo files, brand colors & fonts, photography, written copy, and supporting content. This step ensures every visual and message aligns with your brand strategy, allowing for a smoother design process, fewer revisions, & a more cohesive final result.

Creative Foundations
The project proposal and contract phase outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment for your design project. After reviewing and approving the proposal, a contract is signed to ensure alignment and clarity on both sides. This step officially kicks off the partnership and allows us to move forward with confidence and transparency.

After the call, you’ll receive a customized proposal and contract.
